Paradigm Innovative Services was founded by a group of passionate marketers wanting to make a difference in the small to medium size business community. After years of working with clients, the paradigm team repeatedly heard the same message. Small and medium sized businesses expressed the dire need for an affordable solution to creatively grow their business. They did not have the manpower to add another department or increase the workload to an already strained workforce. Their business’ survival/future was in jeopardy and they needed a solution that would help launch them into the next decade.

After multiple years of working for multi-million dollar companies, Paradigm members surprisingly found out that they all had a common purpose. Each had a desire to start a company that would provide amazing customer service and give small businesses a fighting chance to survive. One that would not allow the red tape and bureaucracy commonly found in the corporate world to get in the way of success. After a much-needed gathering, each member shared his and her ideas on improving their line of business and decided to pursue a higher calling by starting Paradigm Innovative Services. This company would help their beloved clients with the respect and dignity they deserved. It was created with the foundation of providing a level of customer service that far exceeded the norm. In addition, the company developed a rich array of service offerings with a unique and customized business approach that addresses individual needs at multiple platforms. This would ensure that any result was sure to exceed expectations.
